Diagnostic / Setup Tools
Use Vertex Configuration Tool for Vertex devices, or Ethernet Link Config for Ethernet-connected Basic and Deluxe devices. Serial Loop is available below for older serial-port units.
Vertex
Vertex Configuration Tool - 6.0.6.0 (Requires .NET framework 4.8)
Use to configure the Vertex, "CallerID for VoIP" product. Tools for unit setup, call monitoring, and diagnostics are built into this application. The installer package also contains a firmware Uploader to accomplish any firmware upgrades that may be necessary.
Ethernet Connection (Basic or Deluxe)
Ethernet Link Config 5m - 1.0.14.0
The ELConfig utility allows you to change network parameters for Ethernet Link enabled devices. For example, set a static IP address that matches your network scheme beyond any potential DHCP assignments. If you have a Whozz Calling? Deluxe unit, you may need to set which call records are sent for your application needs.
This also serves as a great test tool showing formatted call records, totally independent of your application.
Serial Connection (Basic or Deluxe)
Serial Loop 2.2.4.8 (Requires .NET framework 4.8)
This application is used for troubleshooting Whozz Calling? serial port devices. It is a serial terminal program similar to HyperTerminal for Windows.

Software for Users
Most users will use their own Point of Sale or Customer Relationship Management software and will not need any stand alone software. One notable exception being SpotOn, which requires the Cloud Relay.
ELPopup Suite
For customers using ELPopup5 on Windows. This is the archived installer, not a new software version.

Cloud Relay (Required for SpotOn)
Cloud Relay uses a PC on the network to convert CallerID data to a webhook, for use with cloud based providers.

Vertex Firmware
Vertex firmware version 143x is available as a ZIP containing Vertex-143x.hex. Use the firmware uploader included with the Vertex Configuration Tool above to install the appropriate firmware for your unit.
