Before you order
Confirm your lines and software
- CallerID service is required from your telephone provider. Caller name is available only when the provider supplies it.
- Use suitable incoming analog lines. With a PBX, connect on its incoming analog-line side, not to a digital PBX extension.
- Match the output to your software: Serial or Ethernet Link. Confirm the supported device and call-data features with your software provider.
- Verify regional signaling and installation with CallerID.com support before choosing a model.
