Everything the Basic unit does, plus complete call accounting: the Deluxe reports when calls are answered and hung up, call duration, and the numbers dialed on outbound calls — for full call tracking and real-time phone line activity.
Inbound calls: Caller ID number and name, time and date, phone line, call answered/hung up, rings before answer, and call duration. Outbound calls: number dialed, phone line used, and call duration. Available in 2, 4, and 8-line models with Ethernet or Serial output.
