How to Get Your Voice Channel Code

Before adding the upgrade to the cart, you will need your Voice Channel Code from the Vertex Configuration Tool (VCT) to receive your upgrade license at the last step of the transaction.

Steps: Open VCT, click "Change Voice Channels," enter your Voice Channel Code below, and we will verify it before you add to cart.

Please Note: Once we supply a license upgrade code, the upgrade charge cannot be refunded.
