Vertex brings instant CallerIDentification to hosted VoIP and SIP-trunk phone systems. It sits inline on your network, watches VoIP traffic through two pass-through bridge ports, and sends simple call records to your POS, CRM, or popup software.
Designed for Hosted (Cloud) VoIP — the setup used by the overwhelming majority of VoIP installations — and compatible with most managed SIP-trunk systems. Available in 2 to 20 channel models. Reports both inbound and outbound calls, including call duration.
