How to Ignore Duplicate Caller ID Reports in ELConfig 5m

Display filter only. The Ignore Dups checkbox hides repeated caller ID reports in ELConfig 5m. It does not change the number of caller ID notifications sent by the device or remove duplicate popups from your POS.

Turn on Ignore Dups

  1. Open Windows Start, search for ELConfig, and open ELConfig 5m. Check the name in the window’s title bar.
  2. At the top-right of the main window, select the checkbox labeled Ignore Dups, circled below. A check mark means the filter is on.
  3. Leave Ignore Dups checked to hide repeated reports in ELConfig’s display. This setting affects ELConfig only—not the POS.

Look at the orange circle: Ignore Dups is checked. This screenshot illustrates the checkbox location only. Its “NOT Connected,” “Deluxe Unit NOT Detected” and red connection warning are not a successful connection or required setup state. Do not copy its IP addresses or ports.
