CallerID.com devices include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Not Covered

• Damage from power surges or lightning
• Improper wiring or installation
• Physical abuse or water damage

RMA Process

1. Contact info@CallerID.com or call 800-240-4637 with serial number and issue description
2. Receive RMA number and return shipping instructions
3. Pack device securely with all accessories
4. Ship to our facility
5. Replacement processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
