VoIP/IP Phone Systems

If you have IP phones (Polycom, Yealink, Cisco, etc.) with unencrypted SIP, use the VERTEX.

Analog/POTS Phone Lines

If you have traditional landlines:

• Whozz Calling POS — For POS integration (serial or Ethernet output)
• Whozz Calling Basic/Deluxe — For general caller ID capture

Encrypted VoIP

If your VoIP uses TLS/SRTP encryption (RingCentral, 8x8, Teams, Zoom), you need an ATA adapter + Whozz Calling, or an EdgeMarc SBC + Vertex.

How Many Lines?

Choose 2, 4, or 8 line models based on how many phone lines you need to monitor. For more than 8 lines, daisy-chain multiple units.
