  WC Toolbox is a CallerID.com application that aids in troubleshooting all Whozz Calling? devices. It is a serial communications tool, much like HyperTeminal for Windows.
  
  
• HyperTerminal
  HyperTerminal is a standard terminal program that usually installed with Windows. If your Windows installation did not come with HyperTerminal, this link will take you to the hilgraeve download site.
  
  
• Ethernet Link Config
  The ELConfig utility allows you to change network parameters for Ethernet Link enabled devices. These include IP and MAC addresses, Port numbers, and unit ID numbers. This utility also allows users to send commands to, and receive device parameters from Whozz Calling "full-featured" units.
  
  
• Ethernet Emulator
  This tool will send fake Caller ID data over the network as if it were sent by a CallerID.com Ethernet Link device.
  
  
• Remote Desktop Support Tool
  This tool will allow a CallerID.com technician to remotely access your computer to speed diagnostics. Please contact CallerID.com technical support (770-263-7111) to use this utility. Requires an internet connection on the computer connected to the CallerID.com device.

  PuTTY is a program designed for Telnet and SSH communication, but also has the ability to communicate via serial port.
