Complete Call Monitoring for the Small Office or Business
A 2 line Caller ID for PC box that monitors both incoming and outgoing Caller ID on both phone lines. Great for personal and commercial applications such as POS Caller ID. The unit tracks who called or who was called, time and date the call was made and how long the call lasted. It send the data to a computer using a standard RS232 serial cable. The non-volatile memory holds the last 248 calls.

Great in applications when an on-site computer connection is not available. Single Line Caller ID Telephone Line Simulator
The ZX-1004 is a simple-to-use telephone line simulator designed for immediate use for most applications "right out of the box". Plug a normal telephone in one jack, dial a number, and the telephone (or device) plugged into the second jack will ring. Answer the phone and a normal conversation can be conducted. Of course, Caller ID is always transmitted to the ringing phone or device. Fully programmable from either a serial port or touch tone phone. Delivers all international Caller ID formats. Two-Line External Voice Response Device
ID Voice is an external voice response device which is controlled by software on a host computer. The unit allows an easy way to capture data from remote users. Upon receiving a phone call, simple commands sent from the host computer instruct the unit to play recorded voice prompts on the phone line and collect touch tone (DTMF) input from users.  One of the most popular uses of ID Voice is remote timekeeping of employees or contractors working from offsite locations.  Caller ID is always captured so the phone number from which the user is calling can be verified.
