  • Caller ID hardware includes power supply, manual, RS232 serial cable, loopback jumper, and mounting bracket (Except when not applicable).
  • Shipping is F.O.B. Norcross, Georgia (customer pays shipping).
  • Private labeled units user's guides are available for most items, at additional cost.
  • Orders placed by 3pm EST, are shipped the same business day.
  • End-users are extended a 45 day money back guarantee and all products carry a 5 year warranty.
